LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE RESULTING THEREFROM. WHEN COPYING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR DATA, PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM WHETHER THE DATA HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY COPIED OR TRANSFERRED. But cannot guarantee this will occur in every case. The process of warranty repair may require the removal or destrution of your data. It remains solely your responsibility to assure the integrity of any software programs, data, or information stored on any storage media or any part of any products returned for repair to Toshiba Australia Pty.Ltd, its Dealers, Distributors, Resellers or Authorised Service Providers/Partners. Hard disk drives that fail and need replacing under the Toshiba Australia Pty.Ltd Limited warranty will be replaced with a blank hard disk drive of equal capacity with the original operating system image installed.
